First of all, I'm not going to be online much on weekdays because of school activities.  So although I'll be checking my messages at random times throughout the day, I won't be able to stay and chat at all except for an hour or so in the late evening.

Also, I'm still working on getting my drawings done faster and with somewhat better quality so I'm doing a few things differently with my art for now:
-I looked at a few tutorials and watched some livestreams to get a better idea of how different people start out sketching, so making a sketch should go faster for me now and look a lot better.
- I'm going to start out making my sketches in paint.net, since it has better tools for rough drawing that will go faster than using the paths in gimp right away.
-For shading I'm trying a new shading method where I layer the flat colors and a shaded grayscale layer together.  This should help me be a little more detailed on both the shading and basic colors.
-I'm is going to use thinner lines now as well as start with a much larger file size that I can shrink down later, since I want to start working towards making slightly more realistic looking art.

I'm hoping to eventually reduce the time it takes me to make quality fully shaded characters down to about 2 weeks or less from taking me nearly a month right now.
